I've placed two orders recently. The quality was great, but they didn’t honor the promotional offer and claimed they would reach out to their promotions team. For the second order, I was notified two days later that some items were out of stock, and then I received another email about a missing complimentary item. I attempted to contact them for alternatives but was told a week later that they can't change orders once placed. They amended my order twice but won't accommodate my request for replacements. It would be helpful if they informed customers before completing incomplete orders. I'm still waiting for a response regarding the first order.
