I placed an order and it never came. The customer service rep told me that there was no tracking info but it would arrive by Tuesday and if not to contact them again. The second customer service rep was great and I had my order 2 days later. The one size fits all vibrating panties does not fit in the underwear part. The ties make sure that it would definitely fit any size waist. I wear a medium and sometimes a small and the panties barely fit me from the top of my front to the top of my back. This made it difficult to keep the vibrator in the right place
