I've placed two orders in the past month. While the quality of the items I received was excellent, they failed to honor the 3 for 2 discount on panties and mentioned they would reach out to their promotions department. For my second order, I received an email two days later stating that some items were out of stock, but they would fulfill the rest. Then, just 24 hours later, I was informed that the free item was also unavailable. I attempted to reach out through their website to request alternatives for the missing products, but a week later, I was told they couldn't amend orders once placed. It's frustrating since they modified the same order twice but won’t accommodate my request for replacements. It would be better if they communicated with customers before sending incomplete orders. Additionally, I'm still waiting for a response regarding the first order from their promotions team.
