My experience with the returns process has been very disappointing. The first item I returned had been tried on over underwear. After weeks of waiting for my refund, I reached out to the customer support team. They informed me that there were marks on it and that I wouldn’t receive a full refund. The second item I returned had sizing issues, and I made sure to document its condition this time to avoid a repeat of the previous situation. According to tracking, it was delivered back to the service on 01/12/2025, but I haven't received anything, not even an email confirmation. I enjoy their products, but the refund process makes me hesitant to shop there again.
