Review Time
I ve bought from here multiple times with no issues, but this time I had an issue which was resolved quickly and promptly. I emailed them with the details of my purchase and they sorted out my problem.
Was delivered in good time and as promised, next day delivery as paid more for this. But unfortunately they did not work. For me or my partner, literally 0, nothing. Unfortunate as many other reviews stated how good they were but oh well.
I think the silver bullet is cool overall, I just wish I had a vibrator that concentrates the vibration into one point because it doesn’t really seem to achieve that. Maybe if sleeves were sold separately for it that would be even more effective.

Paid for express delivery. Order 'delivered' a day late - but no where to be seen! Picture shows a back gate and back garden, I live in a first floor flat.
Live chat was unhelpful and said couldn't assist as there was a delivery photo showing delivery - despite the photo confirming it isn't my address as is geographically impossible.
Offered a replacement, which I said was fine (if using Royal Mail not Amazon) but asked re return of items I had ordered 2 sizes of (would be returned unopened - as not sure of girlfriends size) and told gift voucher only! Not advertised at check out, otherwise I would of course not have ordered from here and used another company instead.
Passed onto management via email, but not holding up much hope based on below reviews. Assuming I will need to process a chargeback with my bank.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Item was as described and when the delivery man decided to drop at wrong house and I had no idea where as I didn't recognise door I contacted loehoney who sent me out replacement which arrived quick

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I placed my order in mid-December, and it was sent out for delivery, but it has never arrived or even reached the depot. When I try to get in touch with someone, all I hear is that it's on its way. 🤬

I believe the free shipping minimum could be slightly reduced, but that's my only suggestion. My experience with the returns process has been very disappointing. The first item I returned had been tried on over underwear. After weeks of waiting for my refund, I reached out to the customer support team. They informed me that there were marks on it and that I wouldn’t receive a full refund. The second item I returned had sizing issues, and I made sure to document its condition this time to avoid a repeat of the previous situation. According to tracking, it was delivered back to the service on 01/12/2025, but I haven't received anything, not even an email confirmation. I enjoy their products, but the refund process makes me hesitant to shop there again.
