Paid for express delivery. Order 'delivered' a day late - but no where to be seen! Picture shows a back gate and back garden, I live in a first floor flat.
Live chat was unhelpful and said couldn't assist as there was a delivery photo showing delivery - despite the photo confirming it isn't my address as is geographically impossible.
Offered a replacement, which I said was fine (if using Royal Mail not Amazon) but asked re return of items I had ordered 2 sizes of (would be returned unopened - as not sure of girlfriends size) and told gift voucher only! Not advertised at check out, otherwise I would of course not have ordered from here and used another company instead.
Passed onto management via email, but not holding up much hope based on below reviews. Assuming I will need to process a chargeback with my bank.
