I have been thoroughly disappointed with the total lack of customer service and the time it takes Lovehoney to reply to emails.
It's been weeks since my first order wasn't even delivered by their delivery partner Evri and it was a business address that every other company manage to deliver to.
The replacement order was delivered to the wrong address (same door number and road name) but even Amazon got it wrong twice and I'm still waiting for the order let alone a timely response from Lovehoney.
My advice is to use Royal Mail for delivery and hope that you never have to deal with their customer service department.
