I was told my item was out for delivery and promised by today's date. They said they attempted delivery but my daughter was home all day. I tried to resolve issue with customer service but kept getting errors. Not delivered as promised. I just want a refund and will stick with Amazon or go to local store for products. Highly disappointed and couldn't reach a live person for resolution. Don't recommend
