I placed three orders with this company, they use Evri for delivery.
The third order was delayed twice with Evri, I tried to contact Lovehoney, but the page for customer service page didn't work, then its a useless bot. Obviosly they don't want to talk with there customers when they have taken their money.
Then they expected me to knock on doors up the street asking if anyone had the parcel. Why should I have to do this - it's their problem, they shold sort it out.
