Lovehoney has one of the poorest customer service teams I've dealt with for a long time. The staff don't read your email. They reply with repeat questions which could have been answered had they read the complaint. Instead you have to repeat yourself several times and go round in circles with copy paste responses. They fail to acknowledge their faults and failure that's if you get a response. Also product reviews are manipulated. I posted a review after buying the same product twice and both were faulty. The review was removed because it longevity or quality doesn't contribute to their review process. Only the pleasure performance. Well the product is no good if the thing doesn't work. I certainly wouldn't order a product if it broke very quickly. No refunds only vouchers which considering the product is faulty is extremely poor. LH I have already tried getting in touch but your service is useless! Also no denying your fake reviews...
