Had to purchse the "high-end" product twice. They sent it to the wrong address the first time and would not help me out what so ever. Really cold, inhuman customer support when I really needed was a little empathy. Rude, lacks understanding of real world situations and causes uncomfortable experiences. How embarrassing they made me feel. Force to order the product the 2nd time, it is very very clear it is the most expensive over priced, under performing, disappointment that I've ever experienced, and trust me when I say I have tried them all. All the "high-end" to the very cheap. This is not worth 1/3rd of the price and that's just the honest truth. You will very likely feel the same way given how bad it is. Either way if you do go with it I really hope your Lovehoney.com experience is better than mine. I would not recommended this store to anyone. There is no reason to shop here. Overpriced, end inhumane.
