I was a little weary about ordering but decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did! I bought a necklace for myself and 2 bracelets for my daughters - the quality is fantastic.It does take a little getting used to viewing the picture, maybe it's just me, though I didn't find it as easy to see as what I expected.I also got the gift box for my daughter's bracelets and I'm honestly blown away with it, it's gorgeous! It has a clear lid with a rose inside and with the turn of a little lever on the side of the box, the rose flips over to reveal the jewellery, it just adds the perfect touch!The wait time was slightly longer than expected but when I received an email asking if my purchase was ok and if I had not received it yet to reply, I did and got a personal response very quickly back with all the tracking details and an apology for the delay. To be fair at the time of year postage is always delayed so not something that can be helped, but the customer service was fab!I would definitely recommend, I'm over the moon with my purchases!
