These snowflakes are truly beautiful, and both my mum and husband were delighted with them. I purchased them as Christmas gifts and placed my order on December 15th, but unfortunately, they didn't arrive until December 30th. The estimated delivery was 5-10 days, so I had hoped they would arrive on time.
Terrible support experience
I placed my order well in advance, and it was indicated that it would arrive by Christmas. After numerous follow-up emails, I was informed that it would only arrive on December 27th, which is unacceptable. The responses to my emails were delayed, and there was no apology for the misleading delivery information. I am extremely frustrated and have requested that this issue be escalated as a formal complaint along with a full refund.
Awful experience with this company; they claimed delivery before Christmas, which turned out to be untrue! I needed it as a gift for tomorrow, and they were not truthful about delivery times. After payment, there was no follow-up from customer service despite my emails! It’s a complete farce, especially considering many people order these items to remember loved ones who have passed. Very insensitive—never using them again; they ruined my Christmas gifts!
Items took nearly a month to arrive, and the tracking information was not updated. I contacted them twice for updates. When the items finally arrived, the photo was difficult to see due to a very small lens, and the free bracelet promised was missing. Overall, a disappointing service.
If I could rate zero stars, I absolutely would. Misleading delivery times. I ordered on December 13th for a Christmas bracelet and it's December 24th with no delivery. The tracking still says 'waiting to receive' after three days of label generation. Avoid this total disaster; all claims about delivery are lies. Thanks for ruining what should have been a meaningful gift for my wife, whose mother passed last Boxing Day! I requested a refund and am still waiting.
Avoid ordering from this website—while their registration address claims to be in London, the Royal Mail tracking shows it’s from a location in China! I ordered at the start of December, promising delivery before Christmas, yet the item hasn't arrived! Now it’s estimated for December 27th after weeks of chasing. The recipient won't even be in the country after Christmas, rendering the sentimental travel gift useless! I would have chosen another company had I known it was international.
Very disappointed; I ordered on December 9th to receive it before Christmas, promised by December 23rd. Tracking shows the label was created, but Royal Mail hasn’t received it. I emailed the company with no response. This was for a friend who lost her father, and now it’s too late to find a similar item.
Not recommended due to poor communication. I ordered a projection necklace for Christmas on December 6th with an estimated delivery between December 11-23. I received just one email on December 18th stating a shipping label was created. Now it’s the 23rd, and Royal Mail hasn’t received my item and has no idea where it is. I've sent multiple emails but received no response. This has forced me to buy a last-minute gift instead of a sentimental item she would have cherished. Don't trust their estimated delivery times; consider buying from elsewhere even if it costs a bit more.
