I received my item, but it was too small. I reached out for return instructions, but it took about a week to get a response to my emails. They eventually replied to my Instagram message. I returned the parcel with proof of delivery within the allowed period, but I haven't heard back about my refund. I emailed again with no response, and when I posted on Instagram, they finally mentioned it would take 10 working days for the refund!
