I placed an order for £103.00 on 25.11.25, but only received a text confirming my order number and no further communication. I've tried contacting their customer service via email and Instagram, but have had no replies. My comments on their Instagram posts keep getting removed, yet they respond to others. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money. I recommend not ordering from them; they are very disappointing!
