I had ordered some fuel through a platform, and the company took the order. Unfortunately, the fuel was delivered to the wrong tank, and I had run dry. My heating engineer came out to restart it but couldn't due to the lack of fuel. Perhaps I should have checked. So, not ideal. However, the mark of a good company is how they handle issues, and the support team could not have been more helpful. They investigated quickly, transferred the oil the next day, and the technician who handled the transfer got my boiler working again. My spouse commented on how nice he was!
