Unhelpful, unprofessional, and very touchy. They took my money, lost my order, and then decided to cancel my order because they didn't approve of a review I had posted elsewhere. They gave no reason to verify the whereabouts of my payment for the fuel. They left it up to me to contact my bank to check if they had taken my payment. Do yourself a favor and choose another option.
