Over the past few months, the gold plating has worn off, revealing silver on one side. I contacted the support team, and they promptly replaced the locket for me, explaining it was a faulty piece. I'm really thankful for the replacement. The customer service was outstanding and speedy. I'm excited to cherish my new locket! ❤️
