I ordered a heart locket with a photo inside in August, and it arrived very quickly, which impressed me. It looked beautiful, and the photo fit perfectly, although the image wasn't as clear as it appeared on my computer screen during the ordering process. Over the past few months, the gold plating has worn off, revealing silver on one side. I contacted the support team, and they promptly replaced the locket for me, explaining it was a faulty piece. I'm really thankful for the replacement. The customer service was outstanding and speedy. I'm excited to cherish my new locket! ❤️

I'm a bit disappointed. The locket is gorgeous and seems to be of good quality, but what’s the point of spending time editing and cropping pictures if they just crop it their way? I included my dog in the photo, and the way they handled it barely shows him, leaving a lot of space at the top. I didn’t crop it that way when ordering, as I downloaded the image showing how it should be done, which is very different. They completely disregarded my request, and it’s particularly upsetting since it’s a Christmas gift for my mom. We recently faced a health scare with our dog, which is why I included him, and now he’s barely visible. It’s also concerning that you can’t see all the supposed 4-5 star reviews on their products. I have already emailed the support team.
I purchased a gold-plated locket that unfortunately arrived with black scuff marks. After reaching out via email, they resolved the issue by sending a gold polishing cloth. Their response was quick, and the customer support representative was very helpful.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the gold-plated men’s locket I purchased. I understand it is gold-plated, but I bought it as a special anniversary gift for my husband after losing his dog. He doesn't wear jewelry often, and this purchase was especially meaningful. When he went to wear the necklace tonight, we were shocked to see it had completely tarnished. It has never been worn and has been kept in the original box since it arrived. We only opened it once to check it when it was delivered. Now the necklace looks terrible, and I am very disappointed, especially considering this was not a cheap purchase. For $200, I expected much better quality. I have noticed that others seem to have experienced similar issues, which adds to my frustration. I would like to request a refund.
I ordered the tree of life for a special birthday. While it looks like the pictures on the website, I'm not entirely impressed with the quality of the locket. It feels somewhat like hard plastic. The pictures inside were clear, but the quality is what I'm concerned about. On a positive note, the service was good.
