Wish they changed their mailing system...One thing I like is that shipping is free. I wouldn't buy from them if shipping was not free. However, they use USPS, which either takes a long time to arrive or packages have gotten lost in the mail. Wish they used FedEx or at least UPS instead. I purchase dog products from the site Chewy and I have noticed nothing but an amazing delivery experience.Otherwise, have not noticed issues with products thus far.
