The very worst customer service, ever! 29 days to receive a product that I paid f$20 shipping for. Arrogant, ignorant customer service, all the way to the top! Completely unaccountable for their process, how things unfolded & handling of products. Not once did I ever feel valued as a customer. Their intention was making me wrong. They even completely deny their own faulty process. My problem remains unresolved & leaves me with a horrible feeling of distaste in dealing with this company. Arrogance coupled with ignorance might be the very worst 2 qualities exhibited in a customer service representative. The worst!! Completely uncalled for.
