Manager named Spring in Lodi, CA let 2 men into the women's restroom without announcing them and while there were 3 women using the facilities. I was very uncomfortable and felt violated. I confronted her about it and asked for the corporate number and she got offended and "escorted" me out after getting in my face. She did not apologize for her actions and lied to another customer about the situation. There was no matinance being done the whole 30 minutes I was in the store. The worst was that she didn't care that I felt uncomfortable or violated but just shrugged it off. When I told another woman walking into the restroom that she let's men in, she stated "yes we do. For matinance we sure do." The only problem was....they did not do matinance they just talked about it which they could have done in the hallway or closed the restroom for 5 minutes. Very rude manager. I still cannot get the feeling to go away and it happened at 2 in the afternoon!
