I retrieved part of my belongings from the service, and they had promised that future charges would be reduced based on my smaller storage (confirmed via email). However, on the payment date, we discovered that our bill had gone up from £103 to £108. We emailed on 29th Dec to ask about the bill but haven't received a reply after over 24 hours. Additionally, for another issue, the support team ignored our messages for nearly a week. It's unbelievable! We also called on 29th Dec, and as existing customers, we were met with a recording stating no staff were available and to call back later. Yet, when we called as new customers, someone picked up immediately and redirected us to the existing customer team. This makes me question why they avoid calls during business hours. AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT! NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
