Review Time
Everything was bad. Firstly, they truly have the most terrible customer service ever. Slow, rude and very inconsiderate of your questions, where they reply vaguely. Delivery was fine, but nothing can really go wrong with storing boxes in a facility for a while. They exploit international students by hiking up tremendous prices, and false advertising. I paid for premium delivery to my room, and when I arrived it was sitting in reception. Not to mention my constant back and forward with different team members and staff trying to ask for a specific time slot (afternoon) and them giving me different answers. Eventually, they told me to secure a specific time (afternoon onwards) I needed to pay more for EACH box. I did it because I did not want to risk the company taking back my box if my train to my new accommodation was late and having to pay all over again, so I did.
Unsurprisingly, they didn’t stick to their promise. Luckily I arrived in time to receive my boxes after calling and telling them to wait for me and stating I paid extra just for them to come at the wrong time. After filing a complaint about the whole experience, I got refunded some money back for the premium delivery fee and time slot addition fee, but truly it was terrible
Would NOT choose again despite it being so recommended. They are inconsiderate, lazy and do not try to satisfy customers since they are already so established among students.
The driver was punctual in picking up my boxes, making the entire process seamless and straightforward. I found the next-day pickup without any hassle, and the support team is very responsive, typically replying to my emails within hours, even on weekends.
I picked up part of my items from the service, and they guaranteed that future charges would decrease due to my reduced storage (as confirmed in an email). Yet, on the payment date, our bill unexpectedly rose from £103 to £108. We reached out via email on 29th Dec to ask about this but have not received a response after more than 24 hours. Furthermore, regarding another matter, the support team ignored our messages for almost a week. It's astonishing! We also called on 29th Dec, and while trying to identify ourselves as existing customers, we encountered a recording saying no staff were available and to call back later. However, when we called as new customers, someone answered right away and redirected us to the existing customer team. It makes me wonder why they avoid calls during business hours. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT WORTH THE COST.

Only some of items delivered, missing items can not be traced. Their storage systems states that all 3 crates are empty. Some items came on Friday. A few more on Monday and still items missing. The people in the office have no way of telling what is going on.
Will from Lovespace was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, punctual, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
