I picked up part of my items from the service, and they guaranteed that future charges would decrease due to my reduced storage (as confirmed in an email). Yet, on the payment date, our bill unexpectedly rose from £103 to £108. We reached out via email on 29th Dec to ask about this but have not received a response after more than 24 hours. Furthermore, regarding another matter, the support team ignored our messages for almost a week. It's astonishing! We also called on 29th Dec, and while trying to identify ourselves as existing customers, we encountered a recording saying no staff were available and to call back later. However, when we called as new customers, someone answered right away and redirected us to the existing customer team. It makes me wonder why they avoid calls during business hours. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT WORTH THE COST.
