Everything was bad. Firstly, they truly have the most terrible customer service ever. Slow, rude and very inconsiderate of your questions, where they reply vaguely. Delivery was fine, but nothing can really go wrong with storing boxes in a facility for a while. They exploit international students by hiking up tremendous prices, and false advertising. I paid for premium delivery to my room, and when I arrived it was sitting in reception. Not to mention my constant back and forward with different team members and staff trying to ask for a specific time slot (afternoon) and them giving me different answers. Eventually, they told me to secure a specific time (afternoon onwards) I needed to pay more for EACH box. I did it because I did not want to risk the company taking back my box if my train to my new accommodation was late and having to pay all over again, so I did.
Unsurprisingly, they didn’t stick to their promise. Luckily I arrived in time to receive my boxes after calling and telling them to wait for me and stating I paid extra just for them to come at the wrong time. After filing a complaint about the whole experience, I got refunded some money back for the premium delivery fee and time slot addition fee, but truly it was terrible
Would NOT choose again despite it being so recommended. They are inconsiderate, lazy and do not try to satisfy customers since they are already so established among students.
