I ordered two books and have not received either. The first was ordered on December 9th, and despite multiple emails to the support team, I was promised it would arrive by Christmas—still nothing. Now, as January approaches its end, I still don’t have my book. It feels like their system is malfunctioning. The most frustrating part is the time I invested in perfecting my order. It’s a great idea, but if you can’t get your book, it feels like a scam, and I suggest looking for other options.
The online book creation process was quite automated, but when I needed a printed version sent to a country they don’t usually ship to in a limited timeframe, the support team provided exceptional assistance and made it happen, even after a minor hiccup with the printing partners.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. What was meant to be a thoughtful gift turned into a stressful ordeal. They promise delivery in 10 working days, but my book hasn’t arrived and is now scheduled much later than promised. I relied on their timeline when I ordered, and it was completely missed. Additionally, I received no timely responses from the team, which added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust their delivery promises. Moreover, the book creation process is quite restrictive, limiting chapter choices and content, which diminishes the creative freedom expected when personalizing a book. While some images may look nice, the AI is inconsistent. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the physical book to evaluate the final result. Overall, I cannot recommend this service if timing and reliability are important.
Misleading service. They present a promising preview and claim to deliver “high-quality” AI results, but the final images are poor. The system miscounts previews while still deducting credits, and my session was stuck on “creating” for over 20 minutes with no output. I recommend avoiding this service.
