The quality of the products was disappointing, and I received no refund for the items that were missing. I ordered several jars of sauerkraut, but half of them arrived with the juice leaked out. Although they claim this is acceptable on their website, the cabbage turned out dry and lacked the juicy crunch expected. Additionally, they did not provide a refund for the undelivered parcel. The delivery service stated the package was left at my doorstep, but I never received it. The company has not issued a refund.
