Disappointing quality and no refund for missing items. I ordered several jars of sauerkraut, but half of them arrived with the juice leaked out. While they claim on their website that this is acceptable, the cabbage ends up being dry and lacks the juiciness and crunchiness that comes with intact juice. Additionally, they did not provide a refund for a delivery that was supposedly made. The delivery service stated that the parcel was left at my doorstep, not handed to me directly. I have not seen the parcel myself and definitely did not receive it. The company did not issue a refund.

I have been a loyal customer for years. The products are delicious and made from clean organic ingredients. It's rare to find such quality. I can always rely on them, and everything is packed with care; the food and drinks are absolutely delightful.
The products themselves are excellent—sauerkraut and kimchi with jars filled to the brim. However, I encountered three issues: the jars are very difficult to open, I even had to use a knife to puncture the lid, which still didn't help. I've been lucky with some, but struggled with others, even needing help from a neighbor. The amount of packaging is excessive; I understand the need, but it's a lot of plastic. Also, the subscription service doesn't work well; I keep receiving links that don't process my credit card.
I purchased just one product: sauerkraut juice with caraway and juniper. The first thing that struck me was the odor; I ended up pouring five of the six bottles down the drain due to a terrible rotten smell. I tried half a bottle, and it was extremely acidic and unpleasant. After another attempt, I started vomiting. It was a very unpleasant experience. While other products might be good, this one is definitely not worth buying.

The standard organic kimchi is fantastic, but the Hot’n’Smoky variety is quite tough; it has thick cabbage stalks packed tightly in the jar, making it dry and rubbery. Chewing it is a challenge, and I found myself spitting it out. It's disappointing because the flavor is good, but the texture is off-putting. I urge the company to make reviews more accessible for those of us who order directly. The standard kimchi was great, but I won't be trying the Hot’n’Smoky again, even if offered for free.
I really enjoy the sauerkraut from this company; it's the best I've tasted, and the regular deliveries have made it easy to maintain good gut health. Although I've been advised to limit my intake while breastfeeding, I still have small amounts and plan to resume my subscription in the future. The company is very reliable, and the jars are always sent securely with all necessary information included.
