The products themselves are excellent—sauerkraut and kimchi with jars filled to the brim. However, I encountered three issues: the jars are very difficult to open, I even had to use a knife to puncture the lid, which still didn't help. I've been lucky with some, but struggled with others, even needing help from a neighbor. The amount of packaging is excessive; I understand the need, but it's a lot of plastic. Also, the subscription service doesn't work well; I keep receiving links that don't process my credit card.
