I found the pricing on the website and in-store to be misleading. I was told the earrings would cost £32, but they were actually £39. Additionally, they added a premium aftercare solution without asking me, resulting in a total charge of £51 for the piercings. My daughter wanted her second piercings done at the same time, but the assistant, who was still learning, missed the mark, leading to uneven placement. I'm not satisfied.
