Lovisa Pacific Epping have rude staff. I bought a belly ring. I wore it once and straight away tarnished. They refused to give me a refund or at least exchange the product. I will never shop there again. Some of the staff are imbeciles

Visited this Glasgow store located in Buchanan Galleries. Poor customer service! The worker on the shop floor had a really sore negative attitude towards my grandmother and spoke rudely to me when I confronted her about it. Safe to say I won't be back again.
I would suggest they find a new team member who treats customers with patience and respect.

Misleading pricing and disappointing service

The pricing displayed online and in-store was not accurate. I was told the earrings would cost £32, but they were actually £39. Additionally, a premium aftercare solution was added to my bill without my consent, totaling £51 for the piercings. My daughter had her second piercings done simultaneously, but the assistant, still in training, missed the mark, resulting in uneven placement. I'm quite dissatisfied.

Disappointing experience with piercing service

I had my helix pierced at a location a few months ago. Recently, I returned to buy a flat-back earring and asked to have the original jewelry replaced. Two staff members confirmed it could be done, but just as I was about to pay, a third associate said they were “not allowed” and had “no license to do so.” This was confusing and frustrating, especially since changing jewelry is typically part of aftercare. I wish this had been clearly communicated during the piercing process. Based on what I learned from one of the associates, I won't return for another piercing since they claimed they were not “allowed” and had “no license to do so.”

Mixed feelings about the jewelry quality

I purchased the blue set with SKU: 51439736. Two pieces are fine so far, but one broke. I'm quite disappointed. The staff were polite and professional, but I have concerns about the jewelry quality.

Concerning experience with piercing procedure

I took my daughter to a shop for her piercing, and the experience raised several concerns. After filling out the consent form, they allowed someone with no prior experience to pierce her ears without informing us. When we called to speak to the manager, she insisted the trainee was trained, which was clearly not the case, and then became rude before hanging up. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

My order has not arrived after 11 days, despite the expected delivery being 3-6 days. I reached out to customer service but received no response. The online platform is not reliable, and I do not recommend placing orders.

Unpleasant interaction with staff

I had a very negative experience while getting a piercing. The staff members were rude and unhelpful. They made mocking comments about me and my mom, and I overheard them referring to us as “annoying.” Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
