I purchased LOWA Ferrox Pro GTX Mid Women boots from an authorized retailer in Italy. They were worn only 4 times and are less than 6 months old.One boot already shows a serious stitching defect: a seam near the heel has completely come undone. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not normal wear.The retailer simply cut the loose thread and refused to open a warranty claim. LOWA Italy (email and phone) was dismissive and claimed it was “wear and tear.” I also contacted LOWA Germany, but after more than one month I have received no assistance.Very disappointing quality and customer support for a premium brand.
