We took delivery today of a stunning oak veneer, free standing LEVEN electric fireplace suite. It is a large 54" wide fireplace on a black hearth with a black back panel. Clearly a quality item. From the start our experience with Low Cost Fireplaces has been smooth running and easy. We searched the comprehensive website and put together the package we wanted, in this case with down lights. We were given a total cost, which we were very happy with and made our payment. Within a day we were contacted with a delivery date and instructions for receiving the item (they take a short while as they are individually made). It arrived today, delivered by a friendly driver who opened everything and inspected it with us. Once we were happy that all was in order he left and I set about putting everything together. I initially thought it might be difficult to set up but that wasn't the case at all, it only took about 30 minutes in total and I am not an expert diy-er by any means! An electric screwdriver will be a big help! I cannot fault either the beautiful fireplace suite or the customer service provided by Low Cost Fireplaces and I would happily buy from them again.
