Ordered a fire place, when it arrived the fireplace was damaged/chipped and the actual fire is made a distressing noise when we plugged it in. Have followed the complaints/returns process and have emailed 4 times, contacted them via facebook and had no reponse to any of them other than auto response some one will contact you shortly. Have had to raise it with Credit Card compnay and trading standards
