These issues interfered with my ability to get to work and meet my personal responsibilities, which is unacceptable for a device that is required for legal compliance.Additionally, customer service was unhelpful and difficult to reach. When I did speak with representatives, my concerns were often dismissed, and I was provided with unclear or conflicting information. Resolving even minor issues required excessive time and multiple calls.The costs associated with the service were also excessive and not clearly explained upfront. Fees for maintenance, calibration, and lockouts added up quickly, often without proper justification or prior notice.Overall, this experience has fallen far below reasonable expectations for a court-mandated service.
