Where to start?? Customer service, absolute garbage. i"ve never been on hold with anyone as long as i've been on hold with this company. over 1hr long wait and then once the girl answered , I said hello. She acted as if she couldn't hear me and hung up on me. The random alarms or codes that pop up on your device. SERVICE RECALL? I just got this thing calibrated and it's saying service recall? I get it calibrated again and 2 days later, another service recall. Can't forget the random times it would just not boot up or come on because of the equipment being absolute garbage. So i've been stranded at least 5 x in the last 6 years because it wouldn't boot up. Don't forget the samples it asks you for if you leave it plugged in and the car is off and you're away from your car at work. So you unplug it and from doing that each time you get in and out you wear out the ethernet type of clip that goes into the handset, so now you have to use your daughters hair tie to secure it to the cord. How about you asking for over a month to get your device removed because you're selling your car and they think they know when and what date you have available to get it removed better than you know your own schedule and instead of scheduling a removal, they schedule you a new device to be installed ,they tried scheduling that new device to be installed at a service center that was no longer an LCI installer / or service center that helps them with their clients. As we speak, i've been on hold with the Device removal recording for 34 min now waiting on a team member to answer. Or try having the LCI Rep tell you that "They see that there has been an issue with my device for well over 380+ days and they need it in for inspection" Try getting this new device installed and then finding out that it was supposed to be just an inspection and then once you get it installed and the new one Rockin and Rollin, you get a notification on the new device that states " Calibration due 7-days " Are you kidding me? I just got it installed a week ago, they nickel and dime you and getting reimbursed for numerous overcharges is worse than pulling teeth.
