Regrettably, my experience has been persistently negative, leading to unnecessary stress, inconveniences, and financial strain. From the beginning, I faced problems with the device, including frequent malfunctions, inaccurate readings, and repeated lockouts, even after following all instructions correctly. These issues disrupted my work and personal responsibilities, which is unacceptable for a device mandated for legal compliance. Moreover, customer service was unhelpful and hard to reach. When I managed to speak with representatives, my concerns were often overlooked, and I received unclear or contradictory information. Resolving even minor issues took an excessive amount of time and multiple calls. The costs associated with the service were also high and not clearly communicated upfront. Fees for maintenance, calibration, and lockouts accumulated quickly, often without adequate justification or prior warning. In summary, this experience has significantly fallen short of reasonable expectations for a court-mandated service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to enhance both equipment reliability and customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others.
