Be cautious, as they charge a 50% fee for cancellations within 48 hours, with no refunds for last-minute cancellations. Even for cancellations made more than five days in advance, there’s still a 20% fee. It’s far better to go directly to the car rental agency instead of dealing with this unreliable middleman.
