Again i feel the need to write another review. “We’re here to help” is what they say, everything I’ve tried and offered is thrown back in my face. Including payments sent!! I suffer with severe mental health issues, doesn’t stop these parasites, all the last person said is “well your working” I can manage my finances if they are clear and simple. So why are you refusing my payment? I’ve offered one payment for my accounts which is the best way for me to manage and keep track of

SARA you have advised me you have contacted me twice. You have not so I will ask here I want a statement on how much I’ve paid after paying you for many years. I do not want your app, I do not have an account number any more because I don’t have a card, but you have my email address and my phone number. How hard is it to contact me . Quite happy to continue taking money from my bank account but I don’t hear from you with regular statements?? Please provide me with a statement. Thank you

He also arranged a 62% reduction for 2 outstanding accounts . Honestly, if your as anxious as I was about calling , don't be , they really care, its a huge weight of my shoulders now its been sorted out . Thanyou Lowell .

Frustrating experience with payment agreement.

I consented to lower payments for debt incurred during an abusive relationship. I fully paid the agreed amount through the app, but due to one late payment, the company now claims I have an outstanding debt for the entire sum. I fulfilled my part of the agreement!

Communication Resumed Despite Statute-Barred Debt

Acknowledged that the debt was statute barred, and there was a pause in emails and letters for two months, but then they resumed. I have issued a final warning before escalating the matter to the appropriate authority for harassment.
