I was contacted by this company, informing me I owed a sum of money on a Tesco credit card. I duly informed them via email, that the alleged account was statute barred and I wouldn't be paying. Despite me receiving written correspondence from them, they insisted on confirmation of said address and date of birth, before they would correspond with me via email. It took email ping pong over several weeks before they accepted I was the person they had originally written to. They finally admitted the account was SB and that the account would be closed. Lo and behold, I received another email informing me that they were looking to collect on another three SB accounts, to which I replied no payment would be forthcoming.On 16th September 2025, I finally received not one, but four letters in one envelope, informing me all accounts were closed! Advice to anybody who receives a letter from these people, they buy old debts at a fraction of the original cost, and then chase you for the full amount. Beware!
