What more can be said about this company that has not been said before? I have often wondered why trust pilot dont offer negative stars as 1 star is too good for these clowns.As others I had a genuine dispute with O2 that stretched back over 18 months without hem dealing with it. Along come these idiots who have 'bought' the debt but know nothing about it and are unwilling to go back and find out suggesting I do that. If O2 have not dealt with it in 18 months what chance do you think they are going to do so now. Countless emails, text messages, telephone calls all with the usual scare tactics
