Terrible company, continues to call and text when they have been asked to communicate by letter. I’ve been waiting for them to send me the proof of the debt since 22nd May.EDIT 13/9/2023 You were requested to write to me by post, not email. A response was posted by Special Delivery to you on 30/8/2023 along with a second request to stop calling and text otherwise you would be reported for harassment. Also included was a Cease & Desist. I have not received any responses from you by letter.
