I have been advising my disabled son about this company, who have been relentlessly chasing him for an alleged debt to O2 , even though O2 have confirmed that he is not liable as he was a victim of fraud. Lowell have been sent copies of written confirmation from 02 to this effect yet still they pursue and harass him.Incredibly both limited companies listed on Lowell’s letterhead have been subject to compulsory strike off orders, yet they still act for O2. The letterhead refers to Lowell Portfolio I, which is in default of its obligations . Only Lowell Portfolio IV (which isn’t mentioned on their letterhead) is up to date at Companies House, though it is dormant, and was served notice of compulsory strike off before it submitted up to date accounts.They make false claims on their their website. Sadly the laxity of our laws allow the Directors to carry on like this.
