Embarrassing service. Have been battling a fraud case regarding a Vodafone account which I have never had, they have issued a CCJ to an address I haven’t lived at in years and also issued a warrant of control even after I have written several times to advise that this is a fraud case and that I have reported it to actionfraud.Still, their response was we have a CCJ now so we don’t have to provide any further details. How is this acceptable Lowell?UPDATEAs per the response to my review, this further backs up everything I’ve stated.
