Phoned up to resolve a dept they don't want to know asking me to confirm my address and my date of birth don't you understand about DATA PROTECTION I would of thought just my reference number would be enough but no DATA PROTECTION BREACH Especially when we cant garentee a third party isn't listening in to the conversation
