Trying to collect a non existing debt - shame on you for harassing humans in what has been an incredibly tough period of time in many ways for so many people. The o2 debt doesn’t exist .. shame on you and your horrible ways. Threatening with calls and letters can have significant impact on people’s health. Have some decency.EDIT - STILL hounding over phone and email ...everytime a message comes through it's very anxiety provoking as a. it doesn't exist b. you're harassing meEDIT AGAIN 19/03 - after o2 taking full ownership of their error (this took my 4 hours to sort out) I'm now guess what STILL being hounded via email and letter... do better.
