I have been hounded by this company for a very long time for some debts that they bought for pennies, I asked for the DOA which they won’t provide so how do I know what the amount was bought for and they just want the full amount. I explained on a lot of emails that I sent them that I live off 4p a month by the time everything is paid yet they still harass for payments that I don’t have to give, I even explained where I was being harassed whilst in hospital due to my mental health took a tumble yet that’s all they wanted was letters but why should I need to show proof of my mental health when Lowell can’t provide proof of what they want. My mental health is still not good due to being a victim of vandalism to my property but still have letters now and again harassing for payments or to contact to arrange payment but I am just going to say this once more and hopefully being on here people will see how much of bullies these debt companies are, I don’t have any money to pay and won’t ever have money to pay so please leave me aloneI have sent details 2 or 3 times now, I will not be sending a contact number to be even more harassed.
