Afraid it's not a zero. One star is not deserved.This is what you deserve. How can this so called firm spend their lives intimidating and upsetting people? What a life it must be. What a waste!15 years ago I had a debt relief order. All my debts were wiped off , as is normal. I am now being harassed for a debt included in the order which clearly they are not allowed to do. These people in my opinion are not only stupid, in their ignorance of the law, but clearly have their own rules.I hope the day will come very soon when they will face the consequences.My advice is to ignore them if you can. I expect a patronising phony and insincere response will follow this post. Don't bother.
