Just read through all the reviews and completely agree with all the comments they are incapable of listening or supply the information I requested. They say they bought the debt but can’t provide a single piece of evidence despite asking. I have given them a deadline to reply otherwise I shall escalate with ombudsman and bbc watchdog etc. I have raised a complaint with them and guess what they rejected all my claims. Might is not always right! Bullies
